Channel Governance & Operations Sr Manager

JOB PURPOSE


Manages the growth and execution of the MT / DT channels, alongside the field teams. The role entails having a strong partnership across several stakeholders (field, BU, finance, operations) to hit growth targets via the determining right spend principles and putting governance on activity execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Channel Governance

Translate category activities into field-ready execution plans

Manage the national calendar to ensure no overlaps in promotions

Have extensive rigor in the assessment and implementation of activities across retailers

Budget discussions and management with stakeholders

Drive trade budget optimization in OG / DT channels

Ensure strong controls in budget management to execution

Craft principles for Perfect Store execution

Is the voice of CBD internal discussions (CSP, Finance, etc)

Partnering with field teams and head office stakeholders

Continuous improvement of operational processes

4+ years of work experience, with heavy cross-functional collaboration

Ability to adapt to and can problem-solve in a fast-changing environment

Strong communication and presentation skills

Highly operational and has attention to detail
