What You'll Do:

Criteo Channel Lead - Retail Media Criteo is seeking an experienced Channel Lead to join our Retail Media team. This role is crucial in driving demand and supporting our retailer partnerships.

Channel Lead Mission Statement:

“Our goal is to optimize both supply and indirect sales channels by providing more dedicated, streamlined, and comprehensive services to support the growth and efficiently across Criteo’s retail media supply portfolios and demand channels.”

What You Will Do:

Act as the Demand Team Channel Lead for designated retailers

Participate in Retailer Sales meetings for assigned channel of retailers

Manage forecasting and pipeline for indirect business, ensuring accurate Salesforce inputs and forward planning

Support cap out initiatives and develop go-to-market strategies

Define client-facing Demand Sales SLAs

Enable new retailer and product onboarding for demand-side operations

Collaborate closely with Retailer Account Managers and Retail PSMs to understand retailer technology

Develop deep understanding of retailer operations to anticipate demand-side requirements

Create and execute demand-driving strategies by retailer, including decliner initiatives, gap closing initiatives, and inactive account reactivation

Own and develop multi-retailer strategy by vertical

Partner with Account Managers to develop vertical-specific insights driving demand

Serve as the point of contact for indirect demand, acting as a Retailer specialist when needed

Who You Are:

5+ years of digital media sales experience; specifically focused on sponsored product, onsite/offsite display, and retailer media networks.

Strong understanding of digital advertising, particularly in the retail media space

Excellent analytical and forecasting skills

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and data analysis tools

Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners

Ability to persuade executive level management of Criteo’s value proposition and position solutions that are consultative and personalized based on client needs.

Experience in managing client relationships and expectations

Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage your time against concurrent business priorities.

Knowledge of competing products, networks, and platforms a plus.

Passionate about new media and how Criteo’s platform and products can shape the online advertising industry.

Comfortable with 25% travel

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Criteo's product suite and retail media landscape

Experience with multiple retailer platforms and technologies

Familiarity with demand-side platforms (DSPs), display and search products

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$100,000 - $125,700
