Job Overview:

The Channel Specialist will play a critical role in driving channel development and performance to meet Lenovo's strategic business goals in the Central America and Caribbean region. This position requires a proactive, relationship-driven individual with the ability to collaborate effectively with partner executives and stakeholders to enhance channel capabilities and exceed business expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Development: Identify and implement strategies to strengthen partner channels in alignment with Lenovo's regional business objectives.Performance Management: Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing actionable insights and guidance to achieve and surpass targets.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with partner executives, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for Lenovo's business interests.Influence and Collaboration: Influence partner decision-making and investments through data-driven recommendations and a deep understanding of Lenovo's needs.Regional Expertise: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and business opportunities across Central America and the Caribbean.Location: Bogotá, Colombia (supporting Central America and the Caribbean region)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in channel management, sales, or business development, preferably in the technology or IT industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at the executive level.Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken); knowledge of French or other regional languages is a plus.Familiarity with the Central America and Caribbean market dynamics is highly desirable.Willingness to travel within the region as required.
