Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role you will develop and maintain a highly effective sales channel strategy for the Eastern Europe market to im-prove ABB's market penetration and realize its growth aspirations. You will plan and ensure the execution of Industries business sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for the assigned channel in a profitable way with a focus on orders, revenues, growth, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will be mainly accountable for:• Defines and implements the specified market channel sales strategy in accordance with the marketing and sales strategy and in accordance with local Sales Managers. Ensures regular follow-up.• Supports cluster sales in the offering and proposal process for channel partners. Contributes to negotiations of global/regional frame agreements.• Supports driving strategic partnerships, through developing personal relationships with key partners, customers and other decision makers.• Identifies and evaluates global channel partners and authorizes them in coordination with the sales management team. • Coordinates sales and marketing efforts that require channel partner participation as well as ensures appropriate communication, promotion, and training activities in the channels.• Ensures use of relevant standard tools and reporting to relevant internal partner teams. Responsible for identifying and managing risks relating to contract agreements and prices across customers/channels. •\tManages assigned budget effectively and delivers activities within agreed schedules and costs.• Defines key targets (e.g., volume, prices, mix) and ensures these are achieved for the channel in the specified market• Ensures detailed business plans with regular follow up are in place.• Collects data and provides sound market and competitive intelligence analyses related to cluster markets and trends.• License to Operate: Ensures compliance with web, digital marketing, and branding guidelines. Promotes ABB’s core values and safety and integrity standards. Ensures adherence to all internal and statutory regulations, up-holding ABB's code of conduct. Responsible for health, safety, and environment (HSE) improvements and compliance across all teams.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s / Master’s degree with overall 10 years of strong experience in Sales, Portfolio Management and Business Strategy with proven successful business outcomes.Strong background in Customer Experience Success, Regulation & Legal Compliance field.Previous experience in Budget & Performance Targets.Deep knowledge in Business Development & Adoption.Effective communication, presentation and influencing skills.Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
