Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead distributor authorization process to implement channel strategy to support regional channel constractionWork with sales & marketing team to handle channel economics, including value chain proposiotion, tender project management, etcEvaluate operational capabilities of distributors and conduct periodic distributor performance appraisalWork with sales team to finalize annual sales quota to distributors, approve adjustment to dealer targetFacilitate supply chain operations with LPs/DTsTrack channel inventory and facilitate distributor stock auditing activitiesMonitor and reconcile DTs/SPs activities, to facilitate new account entryRegular customer visitor to listen to customer voiceDaily channel operation managementManage value streaming among distributor/service providersCommercial training for dealers and service providersEducation / 教育背景
Bachelor degreeExperience /经验
8+ years of industry experience related to channel management and key account managementFamiliar to industry regulatory and business policy, sales experience is plusOther skills /其他技能
Skillful data processing competency and good data insightEnglish language skills: Proficient in writing, reading, listening and speakingQuick learning
