+ Optimize current distributor coverage in assign areas and develop the capability of channel partner sales utilizing personal sales experiences and Abcam resources to reach sales target. + Maintain the focus of distributors on Abcam products, provide prompt support and facilitate their implement of Abcam strategies with effective communication. + Develop Academic key accounts and KOLs in the territory and identify new opportunities to develop business relationships and manage sales leads and opportunities through sales funnel. + Develop KA development plan in the territory that supports our specific business objectives and implement supporting activities, develop key contacts and achieve the revenue goals. + Collaborate with marketing group to enhance Abcam’s recognition by customers and our market share in assigned areas. + Collaborate with operation group and scientific support team to continuously improve customer experiences.
