Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance channel performance and achieve financial goals in collaboration with sales leaders.Work closely with business groups and channel agents to build and implement dealer management strategies, balanced direct & indirect, and e-business operations for sustainable growth.Assess the performance of channel partners, and identify, select, and develop appropriate channels and distributors to drive profitable growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, setting clear objectives and crafting programs and marketing initiatives to ensure mutual success and improved performance.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to find opportunities and risks within each channel.Set and monitor critical metrics to evaluate the efficiency of strategies and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for channel growth and optimization.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or biology.

Experience:

Over 7 years of experience in the life sciences industry, with expertise in sales or marketing involving major channel partners and distributors in Korea.Validated ability to lead multiple partners in a sophisticated, matrixed organization, demonstrating ambiguity and challenging priorities.Self-motivated and capable of working independently while influencing others to drive projects forward.Proficiency MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent interpersonal and communication.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address channel challenges and find opportunities.A track record of success in developing and implementing channel strategies
