Channel Manager MT

Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of **Trade Manager Retail** position in the Nutrition Department in Kyiv.
**Main Responsibilities:**
**Shopper Centricity:**
+ Defines the shopper tension and ensures all Shopper research are done to be able to develop plans in accordance.
+ Ensures that Shopper insight is taken into account in all commercial decisions (from I2L to Shopper communication).
**Category Leadership:**
+ Ensures Category Growth Drivers and Activation Platforms are illustrated in ALL initiatives: from I&R to RTM, Price/Promo, Shopper Communication, ecommerce activations.
+ Will ensure that Category& Channel Strategy is presented to Strategic Customers in the MT channel, and we engage with them and take their agreement in implementing detailed plan.
+ Evaluate and improves.
**Channel Solutions:**
+ Ensures that Channel prioritization for respective Category is correctly reflected in Sales plans.
+ Ensures channel plans in MT channel well defined in terms of size of resources (PFME/TTS) versus expected outcomes (incremental sales volumes, incremental distribution, incremental no of new shoppers.
**Commercial Planning:**
+ Aligns to the processes and tools as they are shared by Corporate CDT.
+ Drives the alignment of executable brand, channel, customer & field sales plans (Channel & Customer MBS, ICP, MBP, pre-post evaluation) that deliver on business targets, proactively managing gaps between objectives and actuals at a corporate level.
+ Drives/leads the on-going alignment of executable brand, customer & field sales plans that deliver on annual business targets.
+ Drives process efficiency and continuous improvement, by ensuring consistent application of optimal integrated commercial planning practices and that discipline is established and maintained.
+ Co-ordinates execution and tracks delivery of commercial plans to leverage opportunities, maximize synergies and optimize resource allocations.
+ Monitors competitive landscape and identify opportunities for Nestle and comes with value-added proposals to develop the business.
**Budget Control:**
+ Negotiates PFME allocation for respective Category& Channel during ICP/MBP
+ Continuously monitors budget spending in line with agreed planning.
**Main Requirements:**
+ 5+ years commercial experience
+ Previous experience in Sales and Marketing
+ Good organizational and planning skills
+ Understands shopper behaviour
+ Ability to motivate and develop people
+ Upper-Intermediate English
