The PCD team manages marketing campaigns that deliver communications to both prospective and existing credit card customers. This position is part of the Chief Administrative Office organization within Card Services, a key business area in the Consumer & Community Banking group.Responsibilities: Oversee multiple campaigns of varying complexity across delivery channels (email, direct mail, digital) to support credit card marketing initiatives. Execute strategy and content for marketing campaigns, including internal publications, print, web content, direct mail, and email. Ensure campaign requirements are clearly documented, timelines are developed, and deliverables are met. Partner with clients, marketers, and stakeholders to coordinate the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns. Develop and maintain campaign documentation, including timelines and approvals. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in marketing execution, project coordination, or a similar role. Leadership, communication, team facilitation, and organizational skills. Ability to work cross-functionally while motivating, influencing, and leading others. Preferred Skills: Experience in a regulated industry, with an understanding of risks and controls and their impact on marketing campaign management. Understanding of core marketing channels, including digital, email, and direct mail. Proficiency in PowerPoint.
