Position Title: Channel Marketing Events Manager
Reports to: Marketing Manager of Government & Enterprise

Position Summary
The Channel Marketing Events Manager will oversee the development and execution of event marketing strategies, managing trade shows, conferences, and partner engagements across a wide variety of industries. This individual will leverage their proven expertise in event planning, marketing, and project management to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors effectively. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for orchestrating dynamic, impactful events, and a track record of creating innovative marketing strategies that foster engagement and growth.
Major Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute channel-specific marketing events, including tradeshows, conferences, sponsored events and other activities
Collaborate with Channel Marketing Managers, Sales and Product teams to align event objectives with business goals
Communicate with event staff to ensure coordination, preparation and maximum impact
Troubleshoot any logistical challenges to ensure successful outcomes
Coordinate ordering and payment with third-party vendors, including exhibit houses, event planners, and other service providers
Oversee the shipment of marketing collateral and booth materials
Coordinate staff training, resources and guidelines, as required
Manage lead processing, including capture, processing and upload to campaigns
Collaborate with Channel Managers to drive digital and social media messaging that amplifies event impact and reach
Seek ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness
Manage multiple project plans and timelines, ensuring efficient execution of all event activities with attention to detail
Manage event budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to company standards.
Provide webinar program support: Implement strategies to boost audience engagement; assist with development of webinar calendar, coordinating speakers, support services, promotional content and presentation materials; gather and analyze post-event metrics to identify leads and guide improvements.
Support LLS’ Quality Management System (QMS) to continually improve the Division’s processes, procedures, and services; and thereby increase efficiency, productivity, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Professional Qualifications
10+ years of experience in event marketing, project management, and channel marketing.
Demonstrated expertise in tradeshow exhibit management, conference planning, and event execution
Proficient in project management tools (Monday.com) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
Strong content creation skills, including email marketing, social media, blogs, and video production
Experience managing event budgets, timelines, and multi-functional teams
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Hubspot)
Exceptional communication, organizational, and strategic problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of delivering high-quality events that achieve measurable results.
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role is listed below. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this location. Experience and education refers to LanguageLine Solutions’ current salary range for this position. US Remote pay range is $80,000.00 USD - $85,000.00 USD.
The actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
Education and Certifications
Bachelor of Science in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
Certificate in Professional Selling Skills is a plus.
