Job purpose
The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies specifically aimed at supporting and promoting a ZEISS products and solutions through various distribution channels like retailers, distributors, resellers, and other partner intermediaries, focusing on managing relationships with these partners and ensuring they effectively sell the product to the end customer.
The marketing strategies should support the VisionCare India business segment’s aggressive and transformative growth phase.
Main Accountabilities
Lead Go-to-Market Initiatives: Drive internal and customer-facing Go-to-Market strategies for existing and new lens products, ensuring alignment with ZEISS Vision Care's strategic objectives.
Develop Channel Marketing Plans: Lead trade program development, customer engagement trips, and channel activations, utilizing analytics to assess sales trends and profitability.
Retail Partner Enablement: Provide in-field support to retail teams, refining category growth strategies and creating marketing materials to enhance product visibility. Manage partner marketing budgets, MDF (Market Development Funds), and ROI analysis.
Conduct Market Analysis: Perform market research on competitors and pricing strategies to inform strategic actions at various levels.
Foster Innovation: Promote innovative marketing tactics using digital tools to improve partner engagement.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with sales, product management, and customer service to ensure unified messaging and support for channel partners. Plan & execute partner events, webinars, training programs, and trade shows.
Tools Adaption: Drive adoption of partner portal tools and digital assets. Monitor and report on campaign performance, partner engagement, and lead pipeline metrics.

Job Specifications:
Overall experience of 9+ years with experience in Sales and/or trade marketing.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
7+ years of sales and distribution experience in consumer branding and retail
Strong ability to strategize and drive to execution at scale
Strong Leadership & Stakeholder management
Data-driven approach with experience in campaign analytics, ROI tracking, and CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings and events.
Structural problem-solving abilities while dealing with uncertainty in the current world environment
Education- MBA Must
