We are looking for our team in Germany for a Marketing specialist whose primary function will be to develop and drive marketing and sales support activities with the Eaton Distribution Channel network.
What you’ll do:As Channel Marketing Manager, you will set up the EWS channel marketing strategy for Germany and create partner marketing plans with a focus on generating pipeline and revenue with a particular focus on Energy Transition
Create and execute an integrated marketing plan for selected groups and channel partners with a focus on promoting our energy transition portfolioDefine and execute integrated and multi-channel marketing campaigns to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets with a focus on energy transitionOversee partner program tool deployment and assure is implementations and usageManage changing and differing country priorities that impact channel marketingWork closely with sales and EWS partners to set up growth plans and targets for GermanyEvangelize products and solutions with internal & external stakeholders and public mediaDefine the success criteria and measure the impact of all Marketing efforts against stated business goalsLocalize and Execute ET product line marketing content, campaigns, and programs (email newsletter, direct mail, collateral, website content, SEO/SEA, social marketing, events, blogs, display advertising, etc.) Work closely with EMEA channel marketing to contribute defining campaign topics and persona as well as message map developmentCollect and share local VOC, market dynamics, competitive landscape with the divisions Qualifications: BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of B2B Marketing preferably channel marketing experienceExperienced in building integrated on- and offline campaignsto promote and drive sales to promote energy tranisition and renewables offers Experience in working with cross-functional teams, matrix organizational settings in a dynamic environmentKnowledge of partner marketing strategies that create maximum return on marketing investmentKnowledge of software programs including Salesforce.com, marketing automation, word, excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).Skills: Fluent in German and English.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior managementStrong analytical and quantitative capability to determine program effectiveness, ROI, etc.Knowledge of best practices in B2B demand generation, marketing automation and lead nurturingWhat we offer: Annual mentoring program, Eaton University, a reward, and recognition systemOngoing Learning and Career Development Opportunities in a global company.
