In Distributed Energy Management, we focus on local renewable generation and its impact on Utilities, driven by the energy transition. Our strategy includes expanding transformer production with SF6-free technology, helping Utilities digitalize with Brightlayer, supporting Utility-scale solar parks with xSolair power stations, and introducing variable speed drives to water and wastewater utilities in EMEA. We are confident this approach will drive revenue growth to $0.33 billion by 2026.
We are looking for our team in Germany for a Marketing specialist whose primary function will be to develop and drive marketing and sales support activities with the Eaton Distribution Channel network.
**What you’ll do:**
As Channel Marketing Manager, you will set up the EWS channel marketing strategy for Germany and create partner marketing plans with a focus on generating pipeline and revenue with a particular focus on Energy Transition
+ Create and execute an integrated marketing plan for selected groups and channel partners with a focus on promoting our energy transition portfolio
+ Define and execute integrated and multi-channel marketing campaigns to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets with a focus on energy transition
+ Oversee partner program tool deployment and assure is implementations and usage
+ Manage changing and differing country priorities that impact channel marketing
+ Work closely with sales and EWS partners to set up growth plans and targets for Germany
+ Evangelize products and solutions with internal & external stakeholders and public media
+ Define the success criteria and measure the impact of all Marketing efforts against stated business goals
+ Localize and Execute ET product line marketing content, campaigns, and programs (email newsletter, direct mail, collateral, website content, SEO/SEA, social marketing, events, blogs, display advertising, etc.)
+ Work closely with EMEA channel marketing to contribute defining campaign topics and persona as well as message map development
+ Collect and share local VOC, market dynamics, competitive landscape with the divisions
**Qualifications:**
+ BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
+ 3+ years of B2B Marketing preferably channel marketing experience
+ Experienced in building integrated on- and offline campaignsto promote and drive sales to promote energy tranisition and renewables offers
+ Experience in working with cross-functional teams, matrix organizational settings in a dynamic environment
+ Knowledge of partner marketing strategies that create maximum return on marketing investment
+ Knowledge of software programs including Salesforce.com, marketing automation, word, excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
**Skills:**
+ Fluent in German and English.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management
+ Strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine program effectiveness, ROI, etc.
+ Knowledge of best practices in B2B demand generation, marketing automation and lead nurturing
