YOUR IMPACT: 
As a Channel Sales Manager with a strong background in technology, MSP, and channel sales you will lead and manage a portion of the MSP sales organization for the Direct Sales team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, AMER, you will be responsible for growing the security and data protection business, achieving revenue targets, increasing market penetration, and ensuring customer retention and cost control.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

Drive and support MSP and Channel-focused business models and go-to-market strategies.Optimize account coverage through direct and partner sales resources to ensure regional success.Collaborate with the Channel Leader and team on joint opportunities to boost sales and market presence.Provide leadership in sales strategy and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Support, Operations, and Product Management.Sales Team Management:Develop, coach, and inspire the Sales team to exceed targets while ensuring clear objectives and targets are set for each team member.Implement performance improvement plans and provide additional training where necessary to ensure sales team success.Oversee the Direct/Channel Sales process to align resources with core Key Performance Indicators and strategic objectives.Act as the voice for the regional sales team in internal communications and decision-making.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

5+ years in a management role, preferably in the software or technology industry.RMM, MSP, and channel sales.Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team while taking initiative and working independently.Strong track record of over-achieving sales quotas and business development goals.Expertise in new business development and account penetration.Relationship management with the ability to grow and retain accounts.Strong financial and analytical skills with an understanding of sales operations.
