Channel Operations Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Operations Analyst to join our Global Sales Enablement & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various operational tasks, including channel modeling, channel assessment, benchmarking and analysis, global pipeline reporting, ad-hoc reporting on key initiatives, and reporting on channel partners, learning, training, and content usage. This role requires proficient analytical and communication skills, as well as a good understanding of operational management. **The Team you will be a part of:** Our Global Sales Enablement & Channel Development department is focused on optimizing sales processes and enhancing partner experiences. Our culture is built on mutual respect and a shared goal of reaching operational excellence. ​ **Your Contribution is Appreciated, and You Will** : + Maintain partner landscape model, partner types, engagement types, and investment types. + Act as a bridge between sales management, operations, and cross-functional teams to conduct benchmark commercial assessments and support operational initiatives. + Conduct CRM reporting to support, ensuring data accuracy and value creation. + Develop and implement ad-hoc reporting on key initiatives to support decision-making processes + Monitor and analyze learning, training, and content usage, providing insights and recommendations for improvement across platforms. + Manage the formulation and implementation of various programs, including the goals and KPS are aligned with key stakeholders. + Support the development of future operational plans and participate in focus groups to enhance strategies. **To Perform Well in the Role, We Imagine That You have:** + A bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or similar + Minimum 5 years of commercial analyst experience, including in B2B, B2C sales environments. + Advanced analytical and data management skills. + Problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to conceptualize problems from different angles. + Solid communication and interpersonal abilities. + Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis. + It is helpful to have organizational experience with a global and regional perspective. With offices in Spain, Germany, UK, Poland, and Headquarters in Denmark, this role has the ability to be based out of any of our locations.
