Job Description:
As the Manager of Sales Operations/Support, you will play a pivotal role in our leadership team, reporting directly to the VP, Channel Partnerships at NCR Voyix. This role is crafted for a visionary and strategic leader capable of overseeing our Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Enablement, & Training. As a key leader on the sales team, you will drive operational excellence, ensuring our teams are streamlined, effective, and fully aligned with our strategic objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of high performance and efficiency, paving the way for NCR Voyix’s continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans with channel leaders for channel operations to promote scalability and efficiency. Ensure alignment with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.Oversee the day-to-day channel operations, ensuring that the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.Spearhead the operational cadence of the channel business unit, including the preparation of regular business reviews with the CAMs and channel partners to ensure key stakeholders are aligned and informed on our progress and challenges.Collaborate with other leaders and departments to ensure operational coherence and foster interdepartmental synergy..Work closely with Product and Product Marketing teams to refine channel sales enablement materials and channel sales training programs, ensuring our channel sales strategies align with product offerings and market positioning.Assess and refine key channel business metrics, leveraging data to gain insights and inform strategic decisions. Analytical prowess will help optimize operations and drive sales growth.Work with cross functional teams within the Restaurant Operations teams (Sales Operations, BusinessOperations, Sales Enablement, and Training Teams) to utilize tools and resources for the channel community to promote continuous improvement.Continuously seek and implement improvements in our operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support scalable growth.Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to direct reports.Remove barriers and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Deliver communications to the team and channel partner community.Work with CAMs and Channel leadership to address and resolve concerns, and make operational adjustments as needed.Analyze workload and scheduling for direct reports.Identify and analyze data for themes, trends, and cause identification.Show passion and commitment to diversity and inclusion, including inviting diverse perspectives, encouraging an inclusive work environment and supporting workforce diversityQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel management or a related role.Proven ability to drive sales through partnership networks.Experience in the SaaS or digital commerce industry.Relevant sales or partnership management certifications.Experience utilizing partners, channels, and alliances to sell more successfully and overachieve your quota.Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job
