*Receiving emails and inbound calls from agents who sell life insurance policies, create tickets, close tickets Citizens, Inc. is seeking a dynamic customer-centric professional to join our Channel Partner Support team. The Channel Partner Support Specialist supports Citizen’s Channel Partner Support Team Manager by assisting in activities required to onboard and support distributors using Citizen’s products and solutions. Work involves partnering with distributors, collecting distributor information, and support coordination with teams within the company including Finance & Billing, Underwriting & New Business, IT, Project Management and Operations. This position is located at the Domain Office in Austin TX. The Channel Partner Support Specialist reports directly to the Channel Partner Support Team Manager. Essential Job Duties: • Produce documentation and internal requests necessary to support distributors in Citizen’s information systems • Support new distributors and internal stakeholders with timely communications to ensure smooth implementations • Work with urgency to address and resolve distributor implementation issues; become expert in the Agent Portal; manage client tickets • Notify Channel Partner Support Team Manager and other stakeholders of issues; manage and organize distributor/channel partner escalations • Become a reliable point of contact and advocate for distributors, providing energetic support to new distributors in the implementation phase and post go-live • Display good customer service practices • Project high degree of professionalism and confidence • Help promote and maintain a positive company image

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.04/hr.
