Position SummaryAs a Director, Channel Partnerships at STERIS, you are responsible for dealer and industry relationships for STERIS Healthcare product portfolios. You will provide the vision and leadership necessary to develop and implement a successful strategy by business and a collaborative plan for driving profitable revenue growth by successful strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for the growth-oriented strategies designed to achieve short- and long-term objectives in a segment that has untapped potential and demonstrates consistent growth in the healthcare industry. You will work with Business Unit Leadership to develop and deliver products and services through channels such as Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASC), clinics, physician offices, with a focus on all STERIS Healthcare entities.
This is a remote based Customer facing position. Candidates can be based anywhere in the US near a major airport.
Other: Strong understanding of STERIS product portfolio and specific depth required pertaining to Healthcare STERIS products Experience partnering with R&D and Marketing functions Ability to lead a team to prospect and identify opportunities with region sales teams as well as Corporate Accounts teams Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving skills in and outside STERIS Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships with all levels of decision makers to include Senior Vice President and C-suite decision makers Possess business acumen for strategic thinking and tactical execution as it relates to Customer service, project prioritization, and funnel/territory management Must be flexible and perform a variety of complicated tasks with accuracy and efficiency What STERIS Offers

Pay range for this opportunity is $114,500.00 - $171,675.00. This position is eligible for commission.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
