Role SummaryThe Channel Program Administrator oversees the day-to-day administration of global rebate programs and provides support for additional channel initiatives as required. This role involves managing rebate processes, reporting, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth program operations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Channel Programs, the Channel Program Administrator collaborates closely with Global Program Managers, Sales Operations, Regional Channel Leaders, Sales Finance, Accounting, and Legal to ensure all rebate programs align with defined business processes. What You Will DoUse Power BI reports to gather data for planning and rebate attainment tracking.Provide regular rebate attainment reports to sales finance, sales teams, and program participants.Manage the rebates mailbox for inbound inquiries and outbound communications.Utilize communication tools to send formal updates to rebate participants.Work with sales and sales operations teams to maintain participant lists and contact information.Assist with rebate tracking and program administration, identify trends, and escalate concerns as needed.Develop and maintain process documentation.Provide recommendations to improve operations and program effectiveness.Assist the Global Programs team with additional administrative tasks, including compliance reporting and monitoring the internal mailbox for inquiriesWhat You Will BringPrior experience in Marketing, Sales Operations, Channel Operations, Commissions, Rebates, or Finance.Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.Strong analytical mindset—able to interpret data, make informed decisions, and challenge findings when appropriate.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.Ability to present information clearly and in a structured format.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office or similar software packages.A proactive, learning-oriented mindset.Flexibility to work non-standard hours when needed to support cross-regional collaboration or project deadlines.Willingness to work 9 PM to 5 AM Manila time.#LI-FC1#B1#LI-Remote
