This position reports to the SPO Country Head in Türkiye and is responsible for the end to end project management of the branded and non branded programs pipeline in the country. The role is required to localize, deploy, sustain and grow Apple’s global Channel programs in context of the overall Apple Türkiye sales strategy. The success of these programs is dependent upon the coordinated efforts of several key teams within Apple. The Channel Programs Manager works closely with Account Managers, RTM leaders, as well as with cross-functional teams in Türkiye and London; including, but not limited to, Central SP&O, CCD Teams, Product Marketing, Channel Marcom, Partner Marcom, Finance, Sales Training, Staffing, Store Operations, Deployment Operations, Procurement, Reseller Operations, Contracts and Legal and our partners and agencies. This individual manages the cross-functional forums where all of these functions come together to blend strong brand and amazing products with exceptional planning, execution and on-going management, development and oversight. DescriptionDescriptionThe branded programs aim to drive a best in class customer experience in the channel, incorporating visual merchandising, fixtures, marketing assets, staffing, training, demo units and content, in-store technology and more to come. The Channel Programs Manager leads the overall plan for, and seamless execution of the programs in the country to create the best Apple customer experience in the market. Key Responsibilities: Building execution plans and select and handle the right pos and in-store space to roll out branded and non-branded programs. Program pipeline management with the local sales team aligned with the country expansion plan and priorities. Checking proposed locations with partners and marcom team Business plan and supporting documents preparation and submission Store design brief preparation, following up the site surveys and installation readiness on the partner side. Preparing the installation reports and appointment audit reports. Responsible for building and carrying out maintenance plans with the relevant agencies and in cooperation with Apple's central teams on all Apple programs. Ensure all Apple demo units & displays are within Apple guidelines. Responsible for the CML tool submissions for the demo unit planning. Responsible for te SEA process ( SFF, SLF, DLK) Responsible for in-store technology and working closely with both partner and Apple teams to roll out and optimize new Apple digital solutions and existing ones, such as DCOTA, Digital Catalog, and Digital Security. Act as an in-store digital expert who understands our partners’ store environments and help overcome any hurdles implementing Apple in-store tools. Mystery Shopping & Audit follow up and score review with partners as well as developing the action plan for better consumer experience within all programs. Lead all NPI operations in the country from planning through execution (Put together merchandising plan for the day of launch) Own communication of merchandising and demo security guidelines to stakeholders during new product introductions. Update and maintain point of sale (POS) landscape details in Apple internal systems and cross-functional reports. Initiating and following MyPipeline process, GMACC approvals and POS appointment audit Support ongoing merchandising and maintenance projects. Working closely with the central SP&O team, Marcom team, CCD team and partners on the project management steps.
