As a Distribution Account Manager at Lenovo, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships across all Business Groups, driving growth through and with your Distribution partner by implementing account strategies that leverage the entire Lenovo product portfolio (IDG, ISG & SSG). We are seeking candidates who possess strong sales acumen, business technical expertise, operational proficiency, and entrepreneurial spirit to propel technology sales with a focus on business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Work closely Distribution Executives and Leaders, becoming a trusted partner & advisor. Analyze, track, manage business aspects, know, and call the business health, gaps & risks and determine actions to overcome.Develop and Set Joint Business Plans, strategy, and targets to grow market share, revenue, and GP considering market dynamics, competitive landscape, and key growth areas.Assess Fiscal year performance on quarterly basis and build campaigns jointly with Distribution marketing and sales teams to achieve sales goals.Partner across multiple organizations including, but not limited to, sales; finance; service delivery; customers and business partners and lead all elements of the sales cycle through and with your Distributor partnerDefine framework to manage long term strategy & forecasting to track key sales metrics and consistently meet those metricsAbility to understand customers business and IT challenges and position the appropriate Lenovo solutionsAbility to discuss complex solutions, software, Device as a Service (DaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). ​Independently identify, develop, and close new opportunities within the territory.Achieve revenue and profitability targets for Lenovo while expanding across multiple product sets.Cultivate C-level relationships and act as a trusted consultant to Distributor and their partners.Own the Distributor relationship and engagement strategy.Lead cross-functional teams to facilitate deal progression.

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant Field Sales experience.Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven track record of sales growth and execution with the ability to forecast, manage business performance and results.Ability to foster collaboration and build influence in cross-functional teams.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Creative thinker who looks for innovative ways to solve business problems.Proven track record of selling solutions with the channel through a solutions sales approach across products, options, services and solutions.Exceptional technology acumen with a focus on addressing business challenges through IT transformation.Proven success in building and influencing relationships at the C-Level, both internally and externally.Position requires approximately 25% travel within North America and on site at Distributor location two to three times a week.  Additional Locations:  * Canada - Ontario - Markham * Canada * Canada - Ontario * Canada - Ontario - Markham
