Job Title: Channel Sales Engineer
Location: Shanghai, China
Key Responsibilities
+ Product Promotion: Drive adoption of Power Integrations’ full-kit product portfolio by collaborating with Marketing and FAEs to develop tailored solutions that address key account requirements.
+ Account Management: Respond promptly to sales inquiries and technical requests from focus accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
+ New Business Development: Identify and engage prospective customers in target applications through cold calling and in-person outreach.
+ Order & Sample Support: Coordinate sample requests and order processing; gather and report customer feedback and market trends.
+ Channel Collaboration: Partner with internal sales teams and distribution channels to expand customer coverage and revenue.
+ Distributor Enablement: Deliver product training and application support to select distribution partners to boost their sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
+ Experience: 1–2 years in sales in the electronics industry (semiconductor experience is a plus).
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
+ Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of electronic components and systems (experience with AC-DC power conversion is advantageous).
+ Languages: Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin) for both written and verbal communication.
+ Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities; self-motivated and results oriented.
