As a Lead Channel\nSales Representative here at Honeywell BA, you will have a pivotal role in\ndriving the sale of BMS Control products, systems, and services through\nresellers/channels to achieve sales and profit goals. You will identify and\napproach key or strategic partners and set short and long-term channel\nstrategies. You will develop customer relationships through partnering with\nResellers and provide education of Honeywell products through technical\npresentations. You will manage, maintain, and provide reports and\nopportunity status through regular business reviews. Additionally, you will\nanalyze competitive intelligence, market trends, and drive New business\nfor Honeywell BA.
This role will have a territory of New Jersey,\nNew York City, and Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the strategic account management function,\ndriving the development and execution of strategic customer account plans
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers,\nunderstanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with\ncross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective\naccount management and contract negotiations
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering\na culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market\npresence and drive long-term business growth
Drive Engineering Specifications of Commercial Control Products
Manage the HCI (Contractor) Partner Business driving organic growth as well as New Partner identification, onboarding, and development.
