The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in selling barcode and RFID readers, a comprehensive understanding of the retail ecosystem from manufacturers to end users, a proven history of meeting sales targets, and the capability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with various stakeholders in the retail industry. Check us out here: www.hidglobal.com and https://youtu.be/23km5H4K9Eo As our Channel Sales Manager, you will support HID’s success by: + Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives within the retail market segment. + Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the global retail market. + Build and maintain relationships with key retail clients and stakeholders. + Work closely with distributors, value-added resellers, system integrators, and end customers to ensure seamless integration and satisfaction with our products. + Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the retail industry to identify opportunities and threats. + Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. + Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals. + Attend industry events and conferences to promote company products and services to retail clients. What we will love about your background: + Extensive experience in selling barcode and RFID readers to retail clients. + Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. + Strong understanding of global retail markets and international sales strategies. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Your Experience and Education include: + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. + Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a similar role within the retail market segment.
