Channel Sales Manager-Bilingual Mandarin

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain essential relationships with clients, with the ability to exert basic influence.Develop sales strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets for specific clients or client groups. Monitor strategy effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and suggest and implement approved corrective measures. Conduct regular market visits to strengthen relationships and collect and analyze competitive and market information to support decision-making. Manage projects to ensure timely completion and target achievement, overseeing end-to-end business operations, including the entire lead-to-cash process. Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, such as product management, demand planning, logistics, retail operations, and finance, to execute go-to-market plans. Demonstrate basic crisis management skills, addressing core issues and effectively targeting solutions.
