Channel Sales Manager - CAD/CAM/CAE (Indonesia)

Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager for CAD/CAM/CAE solutions based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This position will be reporting to the Regional Channel Sales Director. As part of the Software Sales team, lead and execute industry focused, consultative and valuable software sales engagements (typically medium size to large engagements to enterprise-size companies). Leveraging relationships with our partners and selective end users, representing Siemens to senior levels of customers’ organization and bringing opportunities forward on a selective basis to enable timely and successful closure.Key Responsibilities:Establish trusted advisor status by effectively communicating with customers about their business challenges and demonstrating the value of Siemens Industry Software in addressing these issues, backed by solid ROI justification.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor landscapes, and broader market dynamics, leveraging this knowledge to provide thought leadership.Speak with authority to articulate Siemens DISW's vision and approach to solution adoption, ensuring a competitive advantage for the customer.Engage directly with both customers and channel partners to maximize share of wallet within the LAER practice.Assist channel partners in closing business deals.Collaborate with channel partners to address and resolve any conflicts that arise.Requirements:Minimum 10 years of total sales experience with a proven track of sales record in selling CAD/CAM/CAE solutions. At least 5 years of direct sales experience, engaging directly with customers.Work experiences background from an Enterprise Software company would be preferred.Demonstrate excellent understanding and has Sales/Account Management experiences for Automotive, Electrical and Electronics industry customers will be highly preferred.Possess strong Manufacturing domain experiences, must be comfortable and productive in this space.Must have at least 5 years specific consultative selling experience into manufacturing domain.Must have a thorough understanding of enterprise systems issues from CAD/CAM/CAE perspective.Completion of formal sales training courses, Challenger sales methodology would be an advantage.Domain experience in manufacturing market to provide insights to our enterprise clients on how to handle their business issues via CAD/CAM/CAE Software and Digitalization approach.Challenger selling techniques to drive C-level engagement and sponsorship.Thorough knowledge and expertise on a broad portfolio of CAD/CAM/CAE solutions so can establish the business benefits of system adoption.Hands-on approach on problem solving and researching best practice in the process areas impacting the product development and innovation processes in large organizations.Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa (verbal and written).We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
