You will own these efforts across the different channel routes-to-market (Retailers, Carriers and Monobrand Reseller Partners), depending on top strategic priorities. The success of these programs is dependent on the coordinated efforts of several key teams within Apple. This position is directly responsible and accountable for successfully orchestrating the cross-functional work at the country and regional levels including interactions with teams in Sales, Marcom, Finance, Legal, Business development, operations and staffing.DescriptionDescriptionContinuously maintain a well-rounded understanding of Mexico sales strategies to support the country plans by leveraging POS experience and linked POS initiatives, ensuring the quality at all times. Lead discussions with key partners to distill needs, priorities, risks and impacts associated with multiple POS projects. - Define Mexico POS programs strategy (what programs with which partners, timings, budgets, etc) - Own the life cycle of programs from planning to installation, maintenance, new product introductions, refreshes, etc. Craft POS briefs, coordinate deployments and NPI logistics. - Engage with partners at all levels to understand how their needs and our objectives can merge and develop the right initiatives (negotiate the right POS spaces, influence the type of programs or merchandising needed, etc). - Discuss with partners new POS programs, maintenance needs and audit results to implement initiatives to provide the best customer experience. - Own the POS operations budget for the country and manage the CSP Mexico team.Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications8+ years of proven experience in sales operations, trade marketing or point of sale (POS) operations in the technology or luxury industryWell-rounded experience in business planning and strategy with proven implementation skills.Proven experience in POS programs management with channel partners, with strong awareness of internal and external objectives and the importance of brand and standards for the channelWell honed interpersonal skills to quickly connect and build strong professional partnerships including C -LevelExceptional verbal and written communications skillsExcel proficiencyProactive in driving projects moving forward in an organized way while keeping partners engagedExceptional analytical skills and obsessive attention to detailFluency in English and Spanish requiredKey QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsSolid business knowledge to connect the dots among seemingly independent subjects and to challenge cross-functional teams and partners to achieve the desired resultsForesight to anticipate risks and mobilize stakeholders to eliminate or minimize such risks in a timely mannerProactive with a strong problem-solving ability; mental agility to anticipate challenges and to react quicklyExceptional ability to manage complex projects involving multiple teams/phases and conflicting interestsAbility to juggle multiple projects and to deliver with exceptional consistency and quality in every one of themBachelor's degree preferred.
