Channel Strategy and Operations Manager 

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Based on insights into the sub business dimensions of retail pharmacy channels, such as store location, sales volume, yield per unit, and DOT, combined with internal and external data, provide channel operation strategy direction to maximize business opportunities Collaborate across departments such as business, SFE, and IT to provide data dashboards with deep channel insights, implement business intelligence solutions, develop and implement retail business operation control systems, lead the digitization and automation of business analysis, and support flexible, efficient, and compliant retail business operationsBuilding and promoting self-service analysis tools: Responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining self-service analysis tools, organizing internal training, promoting tool usage, and enhancing team self-service analysis capabilities

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

3-5 years or more of work experience, bachelor's degree or above, major in mathematics, statistics, computer related fields More than 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy channel management and data analysis Familiar with data analysis tools Possess strong communication skills, logical ability, stress resistance, execution ability, etc.
