None WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLYRequired Education:
Master’s degree in divinity (seventy-two (72) semester hours minimum) from a Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) accredited educational institution. Four (4) units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE).Required Experience:
NoneRequired Certification/License/Registry:
Ecclesiastical endorsement from the incumbent’s/candidate’s faith group. Chaplain certification from one (1) of the following bodies: Association of Professional Chaplains (APC), National Association of Jewish Chaplains (NAJC), Association of Certified Christian Chaplains (ACCC), Canadian Association of Spiritual Care (CASC), or National Association of Veteran’s Administration Chaplains (NAVAC) within two (2) years post-hire.
