After a good lunch, with a lunch walk, you discuss changes to contracts and your workforce with the IT controller. In this way you keep your forecast up-to-date and can give a first estimate of the plans for next year. Your final meeting of the day is with the IS/IT Leadership Team to discuss HR related topics.
