The opportunity:

Are you passionate about leading technical teams, fostering innovation, and driving modernization in the tech space? Join us as a Chapter Lead – Integration, where you’ll spearhead the transition from traditional applications to cutting-edge Azure and Cloud Native solutions.

This role offers an exciting chance to lead dynamic projects, influence technical standards, and cultivate a collaborative and high-performing team environment!

Key responsibilities include:

Building and nurturing a community of technical professionals, ensuring best practices and methodologies are clearly defined and consistently followed

Supporting, training, and developing team members to enhance productivity and technical expertise, including people management tasks like goal setting, performance reviews, and recruitment

Overseeing the financial expenditure of resources, managing the technology roadmap for applications, and ensuring knowledge sharing across the community

Participating in delivery workstreams to address complex problems

Managing scope and estimation for initiatives and working closely with product owners to drive prioritization decisions

Implementing and upholding Agile/Scrum concepts, facilitating sprints, retrospectives, and ensuring smooth iterations

Managing vendor relationships and resources, ensuring successful project delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters

Leading continuous improvement efforts in Agile processes and technical expertise, providing ongoing education and support to stakeholders. 

Ideally, you’ll bring:

A strong technical background with experience in integration technologies such as Azure native services, Oracle Fusion, Webmethods, and Salesforce/Mulesoft

Proven people leadership skills, including experience in managing and developing technical teams

Solid understanding of Agile project delivery methodologies and experience across the software development lifecycle

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing incidents, changes, and vulnerabilities

Experience in vendor management and delivering cost-efficient, effective technology solutions

A tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a business-related discipline.
