KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are currently seeking self-motivated Operators for our manufacturing and production operation to join our growing facility located in Pine Brook, NJ 

All Operators will be responsible for the following job functions:

Preparation of raw materials, seeds, and hot zone components for crystal growth. Monitors and adjusts temperature, pressure, power and other process parameters. Operation of crystal growth, annealing, vacuum and other related technological equipment. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and directives. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the crystal growth and charge preparations areas. Participation in the equipment maintenance programs. Participation in other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and requirements:

1-2 years' experience preferred in a production environment. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Experience with networked PC based computer systems. (Microsoft Office and Outlook) Must be technically inclined with mechanical skills. Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures while offering suggestions for continuous improvement. Due to ITAR compliance, this position requires that a candidate be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

This job requires that an individual come into contact with raw materials, products, equipment / machines, software or technology controlled by the Export Administration Regulations or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. The job must be filled by a U.S. person, or a person for whom a valid export control license, or exception, has been obtained or is not required from the U.S. Government
