We are looking for a Field Service Account Manager whose main task will be to promote our services and contracts to existing and new customers, in order to develop our sales in various sectors such as energy, industry and chemicals. The candidate will also carry out and support commissioning, maintenance and repair work on customer sites.
Responsibilities:
Comply with Group safety rules
Develop and energize service offers and contracts over a defined geographical area, in line with sales strategy and with the aim of achieving quantitative and qualitative targets.
Develop the customer portfolio through prospecting and loyalty actions
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized and efficient
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word
Knowledge of SAP
Ability to work well in a team
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Solid Works or other technical drawing tools is a plus
Experience serving customers in the oil & gas, power, chemical, water and other general industries
Ability to reorganize priorities on a daily basis while producing deliverables
Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3 to 5 years' relevant experience
Good knowledge of the Lorraine industrial basin
Good level of written and spoken English
The candidate could be based in Lorraine, with the possibility of telecommuting.
