We are recruiting bilingual (FR ENG) customer advisors to assist customers in difficulty in a spirit of loyalty and satisfaction by providing a complete and reliable response to their request.
In this context, you will be responsible for :
Receiving calls from customers
Listening to and diagnosing their needs in order to provide them with the appropriate solution
Apply the defined processes and master the use of tools
Report any information to identify a malfunction or improve a procedure
Contribute to the smooth running of the department
Ensure that the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the management are met
Profile sought:
A first experience in customer service is desirable
A perfect command of the English and French language (oral and written),
A sense of listening and service,
A good knowledge of computer tools,
Assiduous, involved, punctual
