**Charge Nurse** **Registered Nurse (RN) Charge** _Bring your passion to THR so we are Better + Together!!_ **Work location:** Texas Health HEB: 1600 Hospital Parkway Bedford, Texas 76022 **Work hours:** Full Time (40 hours/week); Rotating Shift, 1:00pm - 9:30pm or 2:30pm - 11:00pm, with call **Department highlights:** · Team based environment · Workplace culture 2 nd to none · Great benefits/ 401k **Here’s What You Need** **Qualifications** **Education** · Nursing Diploma (Nursing) required OR · Associate’s Degree Nursing required OR · Bachelor’s Degree Nursing preferred **Experience** · 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting required · 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting preferred · Operating Room experience preferred **Licenses and Certifications** · RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required AND · BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required **What You Will Do** Texas Health's nursing theory is the Quality Caring Model developed by Dr. Joanne Duffy.
