Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Full-Time Primary Care-Charge Nurse at Dumfries Health Center in Dumfries, Virginia.

 

 

Position Highlights:

Outpatient environment No holiday, weekend, or on-call responsibilitiesFlexible scheduling; 40 hours/week (Clinic is open M-F 7AM-8PM)Saturday (flex schedule 7-1pm)Active and retired military patient populationCompetitive salary with full complement of benefits 

Essential Functions:

Run the day-to-day activities of the primary care clinicCritically problem solve and prioritize care, complete daily assignments, and monthly schedulesAssist with triaging patients over the phoneComplete end-of-the-month reports

Requirements:

Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)Active RN License2 years of recent nursing experience in a hospital setting required (primary care nursing experience preferred)Current BLS certificationUS citizen
