Strong Minimally Invasive CV program **Here’s What You Need** · Nursing Diploma Nursing Or associate’s degree Nursing Required Or Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred · 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting required · 2 Years Experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting preferred · Level one trauma experience preferred · OR Charge Nurse experience strongly preferred · RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req And · BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And · ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Pref **What You Will Do** · Texas Health’s nursing theory is the Quality Caring Model developed by Dr. Joanne Duffy.
