We’re looking for a Chargeback Associate II to join our ever evolving Disputes Reconciliation team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team

The Dispute Reconciliations team are responsible for ensuring that breaks in the financial chargeback cycle are rectified, miscellaneous funds are allocated correctly, working disputes, and resolving queries. The role requires strong investigative skills and taking ownership of the caseloads. We work very closely as a team so being a team player is vital.

As part of the Disputes Reconciliation team, your role will be included but not be limited too:

Reporting on caseloads, highlighting potential issues when they arise to management, that could have an impact to customers or Worldpay.

Reviewing, researching and initiating the resolution of dispute inquiries from cardholders, financial institutions, merchants and internal departments. Disputes that are not processed efficiently and effectively can result in financial loss for Worldpay and/or merchants.

Picking up ad hock tasks as and when identified / required.

Establishing strong working relationships across both onshore and offshore teams.

Work closely with peers to identify process improvements / needs, reviewing work and prepare process related documentations on timely basis.
