Job Description
Provide world-class customer support via email and phone channels to facilitate the seamless flow of customer funds.
Help customers resolve issues related to direct debit chargebacks and other types of payment errors
Knowing chargeback processes and contributing to prevention and recovery of any uncollected funds
Work closely with the Product and Operational teams to identify actionable areas of improvement
Monitor and analyse domain related data, report abnormalities, contribute to operational improvements and team development
Qualifications
Your verbal and written English skills are excellent. If you speak other languages then that’s a plus!
You are punctual and have a strong attention to detail
You are good with routine but can also adapt and keep up with fast changes
You are proactive and independent but also know how important good teamwork is
You can make decisions in critical situations and have the ability to multitask
You are able to prioritise your work based on the level of urgency and impact
You’re eligible work in our Kuala Lumpur office
