We are hiring a PT Charter Driver for the Fort Francis and Atikokan areas. Please note this position will be weekends and Out of Town routes.
Your Responsibilities:
Dedicated Charter Drivers are mainly assigned charters during school route times (weekends and Out of Town routes)Drive buses in a safe, courteous, and reliable mannerMay include overnight tripsPerform pre/post trip vehicle inspections as requiredAdvise passengers of rules and regulations when necessaryComplete and submit written reports concerning passengers and all incidentsPerform all tasks as assigned by the Company including but not limited to covering school routes, stand-by etc.
Qualifications:
Safety conscious mindsetBe able to drive long distances and have knowledge of the geographic areas in Fort Francis and areaComfortable in adverse road and weather conditionsHave knowledge of CVOR regulations and the highway log book and stay within the guidelinesPresentable and professional appearance while take pride in keeping bus cleanFlexible and adaptable to accept changes regularlyCustomer oriented able to deliver exceptional customer service1 plus years of driving experienceExcellent communication skillsAble to work flexible hours/shifts as assignedFirst Student is a leading provider of school transportation services.
