Responsibilities as a Charter Quoting Manager:
Quote charter trip opportunities on the Managed Aircraft fleet.Communicating with Owners and Owners Reps when Owner Approval is required before a trip is confirmedProvide reports to EVP of Managed Aircraft as assignedReview and understand each Managed Aircraft contract and the commercial agreement between the Vista America and the ownerEnsure that the Managed Aircraft are always being seen in different marketplaces and proactively listing aircraft availability in as many places as possible for charter.
Required Experience:
Great communication skills both written and verbal as this role will be interacting with Owners and Owners Reps for getting aircraft availability and pricing approvedExperience with software tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce and FOS Scheduling Software will be extremely beneficialNeeds to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentCharter Sales Experience preferred
