Your Role
This position is responsible for supervising the charting department staff members while also providing the sales team and prospective clients with the most effective and cost-efficient program.

Your Responsibilities

Supervises charting personnel, to coordinate all charting and mapping functions.Maintains, updates and shows leadership proficiency in all Charting programs and trains charters in IMS/CMS.Substitutes for any personnel who are absent or on vacation.Maintains an open line of communication with operations from start to finish and discusses any issues to remedy situations.Assists all AE’s and Managers with their accounts as it relates to charting and securing new business deals.Responsible for the distribution of completion reports in a timely manner.Supervises the distribution of information regarding received production and posting instructions.Provides weekly availability reports.Provides weekly P&D reports.Maintains accurate file on contracts and work orders.Assists the General Manager with special projects.Provides revenue reports when needed.Consolidates and coordinates final maps and lists for sales department to deliver to perspective clients.       

Your Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.   Analytical/problem solving skills.Strong skill set relating to Microsoft Excel.Ability to prioritize/handle assignments and deadlines.Self-motivated with at least 3-5 years of professional work experience (preferably in the advertising field).Ability to adapt to multiple tasks associated with a fast-paced advertising environment.

The salary range for this role is $65,000-$70,000. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
