The goal of Operational Services, within Plan Administration & Implementation (PAI), is to meet the needs of Retirement Plan Services by providing the best client service possible as it relates to the recordkeeping aspects of Defined Contribution Retirement Plans. Specifically, the Specialist is expected to manage high volumes of check transactions and completion of other requests received from internal partners. Your responsibilities include queue oversight, researching, and responding to internal partner requests, maintaining quality control and procedures, creating process improvements, and performing audit fulfillment to meet key deliverables while exceeding client and participant expectations.

Strong attention to detailAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, daily-deadline-driven environment with minimal errorsAbility to communicate effectively and professionally with various departmentsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access DatabaseCreative thought process focusing on continuous process improvementAbility to interpret client and participant needsExceptional organizational, analytical and time management skillsCollege degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
