A Cheesa fulfils a shift role in a panel area of mining operations and is responsible for all charging up and related activities under the guidance of the Mining Team Supervisor.

Job Description

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Changing tasks and machine settings on the shift to minimise the effect of unexpected problemsAdvice if the working conditions are unsafeUsage of toolsTime duration for task completion

QualificationsGrade 10 Numeracy and Literacy.Grade 12 certificate will be advantageousBlasting Assistant U/G HardrockCompetent B

Experience:

At least 6 months experience as Cheesa.
