At ACADEMIA BARILLA and BOTTEGA we are now looking for a Chef to manage culinary activities and support the head of the unit in content creation. Key Responsibilities + Develop and manage the culinary operation of Academia and Bottega; + Support the Head of Gastronomy and Culinary Services in development of gastronomic content; + Support the culinary operations of brand activation or corporate events; + Support the culinary operations of brand activation or corporate events. Deliverables + Recruitment of external chefs and definition of service level; + Gastronomy offer definition; + Inquiry and Purchase Order for Raw Materials; + Creation of recipes and tips; + Directly contribution to adv and branded content production; + Define the necessary arrangements to facilitate culinary activities; + Manage catering operations; + Define the recipes and manage the organization and execution of the activities. Requirements + At least 8 years of experience as Professional Chef; + Fluency in English; + Strong ability to work with multifunctional teams; + Problem Solving; + Self control and stress management; + Strong project management and organizational skills.
