CHEF BAKER / 1st BAKER - Company Company 6* Ultra Luxury river Yacht Position description To ensure guests satisfaction, Responsible to coordinate all the Bakery operations tasting and checking all items produced in the Bakery Departments. Review Bakery food items in inventory and supervise the orders, control weekly consumption of production to insure food cost is respected. To manage your section and make sure that the 2nd Chefs understand and complete their tasks in your section. Any other duties that your Head Chef sees fit. Maintaining highest level of sanitation and personal hygiene according to USPH rules and Regulations. Accomplishing the accountabilities in the department according to Company standards and assuring efficient food service. Position requirements Requirements:
- Diploma from a recognised apprenticeship program, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years in a similar environment, either in a 4-5* hotel with large volume together with retail bakery , large volume bakery.
- Hostelry or Culinary diploma and specialist Baker qualifications
- Good level of English mandatory.
Position salary Competitive Salary 2700€ Net monthly. 4 month working * 1 month vacation paid.
