You will be responsible for the efficient running of our modern, premium steakhouse, 6650F and further elevating the restaurant to be one of the leading steakhouse restaurants. As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible in overseeing the food preparation logistics; managing an efficient kitchen team; taking care of the inventory of food and kitchen supplies; leading and inspiring a team of passionate chefs under your charge.
