Job Responsibilities:

In charge for ODV central production kitchen and Park carts / kiosk ‘s daily operations.Providing leadership & managing kitchen staffs. Providing training, guidance and direction.Communicating and working with Research & Development Chef on new projects and F&B concepts.Controlling food cost, quality and consistency according to Disney’s standard compliance.Maintaining food hygiene and work safety in work area.Preparing elaborate dishes according to menu specifications.Planning and organizing kitchen activities in all kitchens under his/her care.

Job Requirements:

Extensive knowledge in leading and managing large volume culinary staffs in a concept operation.7 to 10 years of managerial experience in kitchen operations. Preferred experience in high quality, 5-star hotel and/or restaurant operations and/or mass production kitchen. Basic knowledge or experience in Halal food production is also preferred.Extensive knowledge about food product and techniques. Creative and open-minded.Excellent organizational skills and be able to thrive in a rapid changing environment.A people leader and able to motivate the team to achieve highest performance and standard.Carry a professional manner and high moral standard.Fluent in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), general food sanitation and safety.Fluent in English and Cantonese.
