We are looking for a well-experiencedChef de Cuisine – Chinese Restaurant who will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the No. 8 China House outlet kitchen.
This role will be responsible in overseeing the food preparation and logistics in the kitchen, managing an efficient kitchen team and implementing policies and procedures. He/She will be working closely with the restaurant manager in building and guiding the whole team in the restaurant.

Progressive career in Chinese kitchen operations preferably in international luxury brands, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar roleComprehensive knowledge of Cantonese cuisine and food presentationIn-depth understanding of kitchen hygiene practices and Occupational Health and Safety StandardsAbility to work around different computer applications and kitchen management systemsStrong management and leadership capabilitiesPassion for working with peopleIdeal candidates shall meet the following criteria:
