We are looking for a well-experienced Chef De Cuisine who will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Pool House kitchen. This role will be responsible for overseeing the food preparation and logistics in the kitchen, managing an efficient kitchen team, and implementing policies and procedures.

Progressive career in kitchen operations in a restaurant or hotel with high standards and large operations, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar roleComprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and Occupational Health and Safety StandardsAbility to work around different computer applications and kitchen management systemsPossess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsPassion for working with peopleIdeal candidates shall meet the following criteria:
